Rental conditions

CONDITIONS OF CAR RENTAL DRIVING LICENCE: Full current driving licence which has been valid for at least one year.

GUARANTEE: Renter's credit card is needed for renting a vehicle.All credit cards are accepted

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: One day. Every extra hour we will charge ¼ of the normal daily rate.

TRAFFIC FINES: All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are to be paid by the renter.

INSURANCE: the renter of the vehicle is insured against fire and third party for death and personal injuries.

LIMITED LIABILITY: The renter can limit his liability for his legal participation in every damage to the vehicle to Euro 450, if he pays the specific extra fee per day of rental. NO INSURANCE COVER IS VALID: A) For any incident where the driver is shown to be under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances, B) When the highway code is violated, C) For damage to the vehicle arising from use on non-surfaced roads.

TAXES: 16% VAT, Municipal tax, are paid by the renter.

PETROL: Paid by the renter.

KILOMETRES: Free

CHILD SEAT: Available on request and free of charge.

CHANGE OF CAR TYPE: The company retains the right to change the car under certain circumstances.

DELIVERY-COLLECTION: Airport, port, hotel are free.

TRANSPORT BY FERRY: Only with prior consent of the company.

CONDITIONS OF MOTORBIKES & A.T.V. RENTAL

DRIVING LICENCE: Full current driving licence

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: One day. Every extra hour we will charge 1/4 of the daily rate.

TRAFFIC FINES: All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are to be paid by the renter.

GUARANTEE: Renter's credit card is needed for renting an ATV or Motorbike.All credit cards are accepted

INSURANCE: the renter of the vehicle is insured third party for death and injuries.

NO INSURANCE COVER IS VALID A)For any incident where the driver is shown to be under influence of alcohol or narcotic substances B)When the highway code is violated C)For damage to the vehicle arising from use on non-surfaced roads

TAXES: 15% VAT, municipal tax, are paid by the renter

PETROL: paid by the renter KILOMETRES: free

HELMETS: free of charge
